Elite Home Staging is hiring a Home Stager / Sales professional in Los Angeles, CA. This role combines staging expertise with sales to transform residential properties and connect with clients seeking staging services. The position is commission-based and operates within a women-led family business.

The Home Stager / Sales professional will handle the following responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their goals and preferences for staging projects
• Select and position furniture, décor, and accessories to maximize the visual appeal of homes for sale
• Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate spaces and offer professional staging guidance
• Present staging packages and recommendations to prospective clients, emphasizing value and ROI
• Manage the physical setup of staged properties using Elite Home Staging's software, CRM, and inventory systems
• Build and nurture partnerships with real estate agents, homeowners, and industry contacts within an assigned territory
• Generate leads through cold calling and in-person visits to introduce services and conduct presentations
• Promote services via social media, networking events, and direct outreach
• Contact clients after staging completion to assess satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and request referrals

The position requires the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong customer service focus with active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Proven sales experience with the capacity to persuade and successfully close transactions
• Working knowledge of interior design principles, current décor styles, and space planning
• Clear and persuasive communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Creative ability with attention to visual detail and aesthetic composition
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Self-directed work style with initiative in developing client relationships and pursuing growth opportunities
• Proficiency in staging complete home interiors with furniture, accessories, rugs, lighting, and artwork
• Familiarity with various design styles including modern organic, contemporary, traditional, and mid-century

Compensation ranges from $30,000 to $150,000 annually. Benefits include a 401(k) with 3% match, cell phone reimbursement, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and travel reimbursement. The role is hybrid-remote based in Los Angeles, CA 90001.
