Home Staging Installer / Mover

Aspect Staging is hiring a Home Staging Installer / Mover in San Diego County, CA. This physically demanding position involves working alongside the staging team to place and remove furnishings and décor throughout homes in the region.

Core responsibilities include the following:

• Transport, carry, and secure furniture, decorative items, and staging materials
• Position furniture throughout homes, including navigation of stairs, hallways, and confined areas
• Install and remove staged furnishings and accessories in client homes
• Assemble and disassemble furniture pieces as required
• Safeguard walls, floors, doors, furnishings, and customer property during all work
• Maintain staging inventory and warehouse spaces through cleaning and organization
• Ready furniture and materials for upcoming staging assignments
• Document damaged or missing items in the inventory
• Adhere to loading, staging, and safety protocols
• Operate company vehicles when assigned and authorized
• Perform duties both independently and collaboratively within a crew setting

The position provides approximately 20 to 40 hours per week based on project demands. Applicants must be available a minimum of three weekdays weekly. Most assignments occur during regular weekday daytime hours, though start times and work duration fluctuate according to project requirements. Some days may start earlier than others, and scheduling adjusts based on client and property circumstances. Weekend work may occasionally be offered.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation to the designated meeting location
• Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality
• Lift, carry, and move furniture and staging materials repeatedly throughout shifts
• Work comfortably on stairs and sustain physical activity all day
• Maintain professionalism and care while inside client properties
• Follow instructions and established procedures
• Function effectively both independently and as part of a group
• Adapt to changing start and end times
• Execute duties in compliance with company safety policies and workplace standards

Previous experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles is advantageous but not required. The company will provide training to candidates who show sound judgment, dependability, and safe driving practices. Background in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse operations, home staging, event setup, furniture assembly, construction, labor work, or similar physically taxing roles is beneficial though not necessary. Staging experience specifically is not a prerequisite; the company prioritizes finding someone reliable, detail-oriented, productive, professional, and eager to learn.
