Home Staging & Retail Associate

Outbound Studio is hiring a Home Staging & Retail Associate in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid position combines warehouse work supporting staging installations and removals with customer-facing retail operations at the company's Cow Hollow showroom.

The role involves several key responsibilities:

• Assisting at the staging warehouse to prepare materials, pack boxes, and load for installations
• Completing staging removals and breakdowns at client properties
• Handling in-store retail sales at the showroom
• Running errands throughout the city as needed
• Working shifts that vary between half-day and full-day store hours

Candidates should bring the following qualifications and experience:

• Availability during weekday hours and at least one weekend day per week
• Two to three years of prior retail experience preferred
• Demonstrated interest in vintage items, antiques, art, and collectibles
• Enthusiasm for interior design and home staging, with design background a plus
• Reliable personal transportation for city errands and site visits
• Willingness to assist with staging installations and removals as scheduled
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Physical capability to lift and move packed boxes

Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour. The position is entirely in-person.
