Property Operations & Field Assistant

Divine Nest Property Management is hiring a Property Operations & Field Assistant in Riverside, CA. This hands-on, field-based position supports furnished rental properties and includes quality-control inspections for a sister cleaning company. The role focuses on ensuring properties remain clean, stocked, well-maintained, photographed, and guest-ready while assisting with new property setups, furnishing projects, linen logistics, and occasional content creation.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting post-cleaning inspections of furnished rentals and cleaning clients' homes against company standards and checklists
• Taking clear before-and-after and inspection photographs
• Identifying and documenting damage, maintenance issues, missing items, or cleaning concerns
• Restocking guest supplies and household inventory
• Transporting linens to and from the professional laundry provider
• Organizing property supplies and linen inventory
• Supporting new Airbnb and furnished rental setups
• Unpacking, organizing, making beds, staging, decorating, and preparing new properties
• Assisting with furnishing projects and property refreshes
• Running property-related errands and deliveries
• Creating photos and short videos of properties, projects, and transformations using a smartphone
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content for social media
• Potentially learning property and real estate photography

Requirements:

• Extreme dependability and punctuality
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work independently
• Comfort entering and working inside client homes and furnished rental properties
• Confidence using a smartphone, apps, checklists, photos, and video
• Ability to take clear, attractive photos and videos
• Organizational skills and ability to follow detailed procedures
• Ability to communicate problems quickly and professionally
• Physical capacity to lift and transport household supplies, linens, décor, and property items
• Ability to drive between properties throughout Riverside County and surrounding areas
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Trustworthiness and professionalism given regular access to private homes and guest spaces

Experience in vacation rentals, Airbnb, hospitality, housekeeping, cleaning quality control, property inspections, home organization, interior decorating, design, home staging, property setup, social media content creation, photography, or videography is helpful but not required. A natural design eye is particularly valued.

This part-time position offers a variable schedule based on property needs, with most work occurring during normal daytime hours from approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have flexibility for weekday and weekend assignments, occasional evening support generally between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, select on-call dates for urgent needs, and occasional time-sensitive guest or property issues. Evening and emergency needs are not expected daily; some on-call dates are designated in advance with additional compensation provided.

Compensation includes California minimum wage, paid mileage reimbursement for approved work-related driving, additional pay for designated on-call availability, and the opportunity for the position and responsibilities to expand. The role has growth potential within the company as the candidate learns properties and standards, with possible opportunities to take on additional responsibility in property operations, inspections, setups, photography, inventory management, and other areas.
