Home Staging Helper — Wrap, Load/Unload & Warehouse

All in One Home Staging LLC is hiring a Home Staging Helper in San Diego County, CA. This part-time position involves hands-on warehouse and field work supporting the owner with furniture preparation, truck operations, and staging installations across the greater San Diego area.

Responsibilities include:

• Wrap and pad furniture and staging pieces with stretch-wrap and protective materials to ensure safe transport

• Load and unload trucks using dollies, blankets, and two-person lifting techniques as needed

• Place furniture and décor in homes during staging days when additional hands are required

• Maintain the El Cajon warehouse in usable condition by organizing bins, applying labels, keeping aisles clear, and restocking inventory

• Assist with occasional small, light local moves around the San Diego County area

• Arrive punctually and complete assigned tasks from a punch list

Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and participate in two-person lifts for heavier items

• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods, navigating stairs, and entering occupied homes

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to El Cajon and job sites throughout San Diego County

• Prior experience in moving, warehouse, staging, or furniture work is preferred but not required if the candidate is willing to work hard and follow instruction

• Background check required following a job offer

Schedule and compensation are flexible. Hours typically range from 5 to 20 per week depending on the installation calendar, with both busy and slower periods. Work includes weekdays, some weekends, and occasional early starts. The pay is $20 to $23 per hour; commute time under 30 minutes is unpaid, while drive time exceeding 30 minutes in each direction is compensated.

Candidates should submit a brief note addressing prior moving, warehouse, or staging experience; ability to lift and work on feet throughout the day; and availability by day and time. This role is not suitable for applicants requiring full-time hours or unable to perform regular lifting.
