Simplify Home is hiring a Home Stager in Fort Myers, FL. The position involves transforming residential properties to maximize their appeal to potential buyers through thoughtful design and careful execution. This role combines creative styling with practical project coordination to prepare homes for the market.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Plan and execute home staging and destaging for 1 to 3 properties per week
• Preview properties to assess layout and design opportunities
• Manage furniture and inventory systems at the warehouse
• Curate and position furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories to enhance space functionality and visual appeal

Required qualifications and experience:

• Strong foundation in color, scale, balance, and styling principles
• Real estate staging or interior design experience (preferred)
• Professional demeanor with meticulous attention to detail
• Comfort working in occupied homes and luxury properties

The position offers 25 to 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule. This is an in-person role based in Fort Myers, FL, paying $21 to $25 per hour.
