Staging Logistics & Delivery Associate

Kristy Ann Designs is hiring a Staging Logistics & Delivery Associate in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a hands-on, physical position centered on transporting, delivering, installing, and removing furniture and décor for home staging projects throughout Central Florida.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Operate a box truck to and from project locations
• Load and unload staging inventory such as furniture, rugs, artwork, and accessories
• Transport and position heavy furniture safely inside and out of residential properties
• Support the staging team during furniture setup and installation work
• Wrap and prepare furniture and décor items for transport
• Maintain the box truck in an organized, clean, and properly loaded condition
• Move and organize inventory in the warehouse
• Assist with project teardowns and inventory returns to the warehouse

Required qualifications and skills:

• Current driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving a box truck
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items throughout each shift
• Willingness to work extended, physically taxing days in Florida's outdoor conditions
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Team-oriented mindset
• Respectful conduct while inside client homes
• Prior experience in moving, delivery, warehouse operations, or furniture handling is beneficial

The position offers approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with daily schedules varying based on project demands. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. This role suits individuals who prefer active work to desk-based responsibilities and enjoy collaborating with a small team.
