The individual would assist the Lead Designer/Project Manager in staging installations, logistics and design execution. The role demands a passion for interior design, an eye for styling and excellent organizational skills.
The Assistant Staging Designer & Project Coordinator will be involved in bringing projects to life, managing inventories and assisting in on-site installations. Other tasks include preparing mood boards and liaising with vendors. The role includes ensuring smooth operations on-site and behind the scenes.
The key responsibilities involve assisting in staging installations, maintaining cleanliness of items and participating in on-site styling. Also, they would coordinate delivery timelines and serve as a liaison between lead designers and the operations team. They would be required to assist in maintaining project documentation and communicate clearly under time-sensitive conditions. Other tasks include tracking inventory condition, light sourcing and maintaining organization across projects.
They are looking for someone with a strong interest in interior design or staging and excellent organizational skills. The Assistant Staging Designer & Project Coordinator should be able to lift and move furniture during installations and should have a valid driver’s license. Other requirements include familiarity with Google Workspace and a strong work ethic.
Preference would be given to individuals with 1-2 years of experience in staging, design, or real estate environments.
The position is a W-2 Hourly one with part-time to full-time availability required from Monday to Friday and sometimes over the weekend, depending on project needs. The location is the Boca Raton HQ with travel to properties required occasionally.
