Temporary Staging Designer

Restyle Home LLC is hiring a Temporary Staging Designer in Boca Raton, FL for an immediate start through mid-March 2027, with potential for the role to transition to permanent full-time employment. This luxury home staging firm specializes in high-end residential projects and seeks someone with strong design capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously while maintaining premium service standards.

The Staging Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts for luxury residential properties, tailoring each scheme to the home's architecture, target market, and price range. The position involves selecting furniture, décor, artwork, lighting, wallpaper, drapery, and accessories from company inventory, then overseeing the installation and styling of these elements to ensure photography-ready results. The role requires directing warehouse teams and movers during installations, conducting final quality walkthroughs, and solving design problems on-site when they arise. The Staging Designer will also maintain regular communication with homeowners, builders, developers, and real estate agents throughout each project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing luxury staging layouts customized to each property's architecture and target demographic
• Creating comprehensive furniture placement and styling plans
• Selecting and sourcing furnishings and décor from company inventory
• Leading and supervising staging installations and removals
• Directing warehouse and moving teams throughout the installation process
• Styling rooms with attention to detail, balance, proportion, and photography readiness
• Managing multiple projects at the same time while meeting strict deadlines
• Coordinating schedules with Operations and Production teams
• Pulling inventory, checking for completeness and cleanliness, and identifying damaged items
• Returning inventory properly after installations
• Communicating professionally with clients, builders, developers, and real estate professionals
• Conducting staging consultations as needed
• Handling proposals, inventories, project documentation, and budget management

Candidates should demonstrate strong design instincts, understanding of scale, proportion, color, texture, and furniture placement. An interior design degree or related field is preferred, along with professional home staging experience and background in luxury residential interiors. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, live within 20 miles of Boca Raton, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with installations occasionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with project management software such as Studio Designer, Stageforce, or Monday.com is preferred, as is familiarity with design presentation tools like Canva and knowledge of luxury real estate dynamics.
