Warehouse Associate - Part-Time

Restyle Home LLC (operating as REH Interiors) is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in Boca Raton, FL. REH Interiors is an interior design and home staging company with operations throughout Florida. The warehouse team maintains organized, accurate inventory that supports staging installations, uninstallations, and deliveries across the business.

The part-time warehouse associate handles cycle counting, quality control checks, receiving shipments, picking items for jobs, and loading/unloading trucks. This position works 25 to 30 hours per week alongside the existing warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and keep scheduled jobs on track.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies against warehouse records
• Perform quality control inspections on items coming in and going out, identifying damage or missing components according to warehouse standards
• Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders, then prepare items for storage
• Pick and stage inventory for scheduled installations, uninstallations, and delivery jobs
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely and in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled storage areas throughout the warehouse and decor center
• Assist the warehouse team with daily operational tasks as needed
• Adhere to all safety, timekeeping, and on-site conduct requirements

Required qualifications include:

• Ability to regularly lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs, with capability to assist on heavier lifts
• Physical comfort with standing, bending, and movement throughout shifts
• Reliable personal transportation and consistent on-time attendance
• Strong focus on detail, particularly for inventory tracking and quality assurance
• Valid driver's license (preferred, may be needed for local deliveries)
• Comfort working within a small, hands-on warehouse team
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stockroom environments is preferred but not required
