Installers serve as the public face of completed projects, transporting and positioning furniture and decor in client homes and project sites to ensure spaces meet both design specifications and client expectations.

The White Glove Installer takes on the full scope of furniture and decor placement, starting with delivery to client locations and ending with setup that matches design plans precisely. The position focuses on careful handling of all items, especially higher-value pieces, to maintain REH Interiors' quality standards throughout every installation.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Deliver, unpack, assemble, and install furniture, decor, and staging materials at client homes and job sites
• Follow design specifications and placement instructions to achieve the intended aesthetic
• Transport and handle furniture and decor with appropriate care to avoid damage
• Execute uninstall work, which involves carefully removing items, protecting them, and returning them to warehouse inventory
• Load and unload company vehicles and secure items properly during transport
• Perform quality inspections both before and after installations to identify any damage or concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while working inside client properties
• Work with design and warehouse staff to verify inventory availability, confirm timing, and review job requirements
• Keep company vehicles and equipment in clean, organized, and safe condition
• Adhere to all safety protocols, timekeeping standards, and on-site behavior expectations

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in furniture delivery, installation, moving, or comparable hands-on work
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds regularly, and heavier items with team assistance
• Skill using hand tools and power tools for furniture assembly
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong focus on detail and commitment to high-quality, damage-free finishes
• Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions in residential settings
• Dependable attendance and punctuality with effective teamwork abilities

The position offers 35 to 55 hours per week at $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Restyle Home LLC provides 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, and on-the-job training. The role requires in-person work based in Boca Raton, FL 33487.
