Customer Care Representative

Custom Home Staging and Design is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Leland, NC. This full-time position involves managing customer inquiries and service operations to deliver strong customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer customer questions and concerns through phone, email, or chat with a focus on satisfaction
• Review and resolve customer issues with accurate, timely solutions
• Document customer interactions, service claims, and transactions in company systems
• Process manufacturer claims according to warranty terms and company protocols
• Work with service, logistics, and sales teams to address problems and streamline processes
• Maintain professional communication standards in all customer-facing interactions
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and workflows

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience or related background
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Data entry skills and comfort working with technology systems including CRM platforms, email, Excel, and service software
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities, with experience handling escalations
• Professional attitude and openness to learning

Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, background in furniture retail or claims and warranty management, and familiarity with industry systems like FROG. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.
