True Homes, LLC is hiring a Merchandise Warehouse Associate in Monroe, NC. - Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition according to established guidelines and the standards set by the Model Home Staging team
- Assemble furniture pieces following factory instructions and verify that all items meet True Homes' quality expectations
- Receive and process deliveries as part of daily warehouse operations
- Support the Model Home Staging team's requests in a prompt manner
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED. An associate's degree or accelerated degree program is preferred. A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation are required for commuting to the facility.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining a sense of priority
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical capability to move between the warehouse, model homes, and sales areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Capacity to walk warehouse floors, climb stairs, reach, bend, stretch, and lift as needed
The position is part-time, typically running 20 to 25 hours per week from Monday through Friday, with hours generally between 9am and 2pm. Weekend work may be necessary on occasion. Schedule flexibility is important for this role.
