The role centers on generating and converting leads, managing client relationships, and closing transactions across the Raleigh market. Day-to-day activities include executing weekly lead generation systems to build a growing client base, consulting with potential buyers and sellers to secure agreements, negotiating offers to maximize outcomes for all parties, scheduling and conducting two open houses each month, transforming leads into appointments through follow-up work, and consulting with sellers to convert interactions into listings. The candidate will also leverage expertise in pricing strategy, home staging, and other listing services to drive client satisfaction and sales results.
Responsibilities involve completing The W Group's Launch training program, using team technology to track and manage tasks and activities, participating in weekly script practice and team skill-building sessions, attending weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and training sessions, and joining Partner Calls to advance professional capabilities.

Candidates must hold an active North Carolina real estate license with a minimum of three years of professional real estate sales experience. Required qualities include intrinsic motivation and competitive drive in sales environments, exceptional interpersonal skills with strong rapport-building and active listening abilities, proficiency in prospecting and lead generation with the ability to overcome objections, excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to contribute as a proactive team player, commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, adaptability to master scripts and dialogues, and strong organizational and time management capabilities.

The position is based in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
