Warehouse Lead / Staging Assistant

Dragonfly Homes is hiring a Warehouse Lead / Staging Assistant in Concord, NC. This full-time position manages daily warehouse operations to support the company's professional home staging and interiors services, keeping the space organized, efficient, and ready for staging projects.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Pull and prepare all furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories based on staging plans for each project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Store furniture properly to maximize space and prevent damage
• Conduct quality checks to ensure items are clean, damage-free, and ready for installation
• Return inventory to proper locations after de-staging
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks for staging and de-staging operations
• Travel to staging sites on the truck and help install and remove furniture and décor
• Place heavy furniture and décor onsite under direction
• Perform light assembly, including artwork and mirror hanging, with training provided
• Maintain professional representation at client homes
• Assist with inventory tracking and condition reporting, using manual and software methods as applicable
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the supervisor and designer
• Communicate proactively about schedules, issues, and daily progress to management

Requirements include the following:

• Ability to lift and move furniture up to 75 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow a structured workflow
• Reliability and punctuality
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Comfort using mobile devices for communication apps or checklists
• Minimum one year of furniture relocation and moving experience

Preferred qualifications include experience in warehouse work, logistics, furniture handling, or moving; basic knowledge of power tools for minor assembly and artwork hanging; and the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.

The position runs Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional weekends required during peak periods. Growth opportunities exist into expanded warehouse or logistics roles. The work is physically active and performed in person at the Concord, NC location.
