NOSO Design House is hiring a Warehouse & Installation Technician in Charlotte, NC. This role combines warehouse preparation with on-site installation work for luxury home staging and interior design projects throughout the area.
The position involves maintaining and preparing inventory at the warehouse, then traveling to client homes to execute staging installations. Work typically occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with opportunities for extended hours.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Inspect, repair, and adjust furniture and hardware in the warehouse before projects ship and upon return
- Prepare furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, décor, and accessories for installations
- Pull and stage inventory for loading onto trucks
- Load and unload furniture and company inventory with the moving team
- Hang artwork, mirrors, and wall décor in homes using appropriate mounting hardware and techniques
- Assemble furniture such as beds, dining tables, consoles, and similar pieces
- Support the staging team during on-site installations
- Wrap and organize inventory prior to removal from client homes
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with additional operational projects as the company expands

- Familiarity with home staging or interior design preferred
Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Applicants should submit a resume and brief introduction explaining their fit for the role.
