Hevenle, the leading home staging brand in Austin, is seeking a talented, innovative, and self-directed Digital Content & Marketing Manager. The role aims to narrate the brand’s story, attract suitable clientele and amplify their online incidence across various platforms.
The responsibilities include generating content by capturing, editing, and supplying high-quality video content from their staging projects. The successful applicant will also be tasked to enhance the website’s experience by refining its layout, navigation, and storytelling, keeping the brand’s services updated and client-centric.
The role also includes establishing and controlling visually stimulating, high-converting email campaigns aimed at their agent and investor audience. Optimising their Google Business profile, modifying their presence on relevant directories and platforms, and aiding in boosting SEO results are also part of the job.
The manager will be expected to provide assistance in social strategy, including collaborations on Instagram, FB Reels and emerging platforms. Lastly, input on new concepts, digital products, or service campaigns are welcomed and encouraged.
The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer who understands design, real estate, and home aesthetics. They should also have experience with video/photo editing software, email marketing platform Flodesk, and various social media platforms. A strong understanding of how digital impressions can translate into real-world client action is also pivotal. The successful candidate should be comfortable joining a dedicated, bilingual team and available for weekly deliverables with no specific hours or meetings required.
The job type is part-time on a contract basis, with a pay of $400.00 per week. Benefits include a flexible schedule, a referral program, and relocation assistance. The work location is hybrid remote based in Manchaca, TX 78652. It is mandatory for the applicant to be able to commute to this location.
