Viva Home Staging Design is hiring a Home Staging Manager in Austin, TX. The position manages residential interior styling projects from initial planning through final completion, overseeing the design and delivery of home staging initiatives that improve property marketability and support faster sales timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop comprehensive staging plans covering space layouts, furniture selections, color palettes, and decorative elements using CAD tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and external vendors to establish project requirements and deliver customized staging approaches that increase property value
- Handle project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to guarantee on-time completion and cost management
- Manage the full cycle of furniture and accessory handling, including sourcing, delivery, installation, and removal across staging projects
- Produce detailed design documentation and construction specifications, including code compliance records and renovation layouts using Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Direct a team of movers to maintain consistent execution of design standards and quality benchmarks on each project
- Keep clients informed throughout all project phases with regular status reports and responsive problem-solving
- Track developments in interior styling, lighting applications, color theory, and renovation methods to consistently improve staging outcomes
Candidates should have:
- Demonstrated background managing residential interior design projects, supported by a portfolio of successful staging or renovation examples
- Strong capability in project coordination, managing multiple teams at once while staying detail-oriented
- Polished client-facing skills and professional experience in art or design
- Understanding of color theory and its application to residential interiors for creating compelling visual results
- Skill in budget oversight while producing quality work that meets project deadlines
The role is in-person and offers a salary range from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
