Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Kay and Co Designs is hiring an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. This luxury home staging and interior design firm serves the Dallas-Fort Worth area and works with homeowners, real estate professionals, investors, and builders on vacant and occupied home staging, interior design services, and renovation selections.

The coordinator maintains warehouse operations and manages all staging inventory. Core responsibilities include the following:

• Track inventory entering and exiting the warehouse and keep records current and accurate
• Pull, label, and prepare décor items and accessories for upcoming staging jobs
• Verify returned inventory after de-stages and document any missing or damaged pieces
• Receive, inspect, photograph, tag, and shelve new inventory as it arrives
• Organize warehouse stock to maintain accessibility and readiness for future projects
• Schedule inventory preparation for both staging installations and de-installations
• Conduct routine audits of inventory and follow up on any inconsistencies
• Input and maintain inventory data using the company's inventory management software
• Load staging bins, décor, artwork, rugs, lamps, and accessories into staging vehicles before installations (professional movers handle all large furniture)
• Unload and process inventory back into the warehouse following de-installations
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Partner with the staging team to ensure projects are fully prepped before installation day
• Contribute to operational improvements as the company expands

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

• One or more years of warehouse, inventory management, logistics, or retail stock management experience preferred
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfort with technology and inventory management software platforms
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities
• Self-motivation and strong problem-solving ability
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfort operating a company vehicle, including a Ford Transit 250 cargo van, to and from staging locations
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and comfort with standing, bending, kneeling, and walking throughout the day
• Clear communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude

This position operates during normal business hours on a part-time schedule. The role is based in Fort Worth and requires in-person work at the warehouse and on staging sites. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive company vehicles.
