Prime Home Staging is hiring a part-time Mover/Stager in Dallas, TX. The company prepares homes for sale by furnishing and styling them for maximum buyer appeal. This role involves helping bring design visions to life by transporting, installing, and removing furniture and décor across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities include:
- Load, unload, move, and secure furniture and staging inventory
- Assist with staging installations, destaging jobs, deliveries, and warehouse duties
- Protect floors, walls, doorways, and client property during moves
- Handle furniture, artwork, mirrors, rugs, lamps, and décor with care
- Collaborate with designers to position and adjust furniture during installations
- Operate dollies, straps, blankets, and other moving equipment correctly
- Maintain organization of trucks, equipment, and warehouse spaces
- Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative without prompting
- Report immediately any damage, safety concerns, missing items, or job issues

Requirements and qualifications:
- Prior experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse, installation, construction, or similar field
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture and items
- Comfort with physically demanding work including climbing stairs
- Experience with moving equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth warehouse
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and clear communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, navigation, photos, and work communication
- One year of moving experience required; one year with a home staging company preferred
Work occurs part-time with variable weekday hours based on the staging schedule. Weekly hours range from 20 to 40 depending on job demand, and start and finish times adjust based on daily assignments. Paid time off is included as a benefit. Applicants should be comfortable with location in Dallas, TX 75207 and able to commute reliably.
