Primary responsibilities include executing staging installs and design setups in residential settings with care and accuracy, safely operating and driving box trucks sized 20 to 26 feet under varying job site conditions, leading or assisting with installation days and warehouse logistics tasks, handling furniture, art, and décor to maintain zero-damage standards, assembling and installing new furnishings with meticulous attention, maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse that supports business scaling, and identifying and resolving operational problems directly on job sites.
Candidates must bring proven experience in furniture moving, staging work, logistics, or comparable physical labor roles. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and documented experience operating 20 to 26 foot box trucks are required. Additional qualifications include the ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds or more, perform consistently in Texas heat and extended workdays, pass a drug screening test, pass a background check, and qualify for insurance coverage under company policy. Prior experience as a lead mover or crew lead, strong ownership instincts, detail orientation, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability to on-site challenges strengthen applications. Pay runs from $24 to $28 per hour with consistent overtime opportunities available. Schedule involves 40 to 50 hours per week year-round with weekends off.
