Model My Home is hiring a Sales & Business Operations Executive Director in Grand Prairie, TX. The company is an established real estate staging and design firm that has served the DFW market for over 20 years. The organization operates approximately 10,000 square feet of staging inventory, maintains a fully staffed staging and design team, manages an established logistics division, and works with clients across the DFW region including realtors, homeowners, builders, investors, and multifamily properties.
This leadership position is centered on driving sales growth and managing overall business operations. The Executive Director's primary objective is to build monthly staging and design revenue to consistently exceed $200,000. The role combines hands-on sales responsibility with business leadership and does not function as a traditional corporate executive position.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Lead sales and business development initiatives
- Manage prospect leads, proposal creation, follow-up processes, and deal closing
- Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, investors, and multifamily property owners
- Develop repeat business and referral channels
- Lead and develop the company's team while holding members accountable
- Track and manage sales and operational key performance indicators
- Oversee staging, design, scheduling, and logistics execution and performance
- Monitor and protect profitability through P&L management
- Refine business systems and accountability structures
- Address day-to-day business challenges independently
Model My Home seeks a sales leader with business operations capability. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and business development

- Working knowledge of real estate and home staging and design services
- Experience leading a team and enforcing accountability
- Strong relationship-building skills

- Entrepreneurial attitude and confidence in independent decision-making
- Staging industry experience is beneficial but not required; sales and leadership experience take priority
The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with additional performance-based compensation tied to revenue growth and profitability. The position is based in Grand Prairie, Texas and requires in-person presence for sales and leadership work across the greater DFW area. Health insurance and paid time off are included.
