Furniture Mover

B Styled Staging is hiring a Furniture Mover in the Fort Worth and DFW area to support furniture moving and home staging assignments on a flexible, as-needed basis. This part-time position operates on a 1099 independent contractor model, with hours that vary week to week depending on project volume. The role suits someone balancing part-time classes, another flexible job, or seeking extra income.

• Load, unload, and transport furniture and décor items between the warehouse and client residences
• Participate in staging installations and assist with furniture placement in homes
• Organize and keep warehouse inventory in good order
• Safeguard furnishings, walls, floors, and client homes during all moving activities
• Show up punctually and maintain clear communication with the team regarding scheduled assignments

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Ability to safely lift and carry 75 or more pounds with assistance from a partner
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for travel to and from the warehouse and job sites across the DFW region
• Willingness to commute to various locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Strong reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
• Professional manner and appearance when working inside client homes
• Careful attention to detail and commitment to preserving furniture and décor
• Clearance from a background check
• Availability to work predominantly Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend assignments as client needs dictate
• Prior experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse operations, or staging is beneficial but not required

Hours are not guaranteed and will shift based on staging project schedules. Most assignments occur Monday through Friday with infrequent weekend work. Compensation is $20 to $23 per hour based on experience. The position offers schedule flexibility and potential for additional hours as the company expands.
