Home Stager / Designer

Hevenle Staging & Design is hiring a Home Stager/Designer in San Antonio, TX 78217. This part-time position involves transforming properties through vacant and occupied staging installations. The role works under the Design Operations Manager to complete staging projects, manage inventory, and support warehouse functions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist with planning and executing staging installations that create polished, market-ready properties
• Visit properties in advance to assess layout and develop staging approaches
• Work alongside the Design Operations Manager on project installations and warehouse-related tasks
• Help source furniture and décor locally to support Hevenle's staging work
• Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and ready for upcoming projects

Qualifications for the position:

• Reliable transportation (personal or company vehicle) to travel between the warehouse, staging locations, and sourcing sites throughout the San Antonio area
• Ability to participate in training sessions in Austin during the first 30 days, likely 2 to 4 times during this period
• Strong design instincts and eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and shifting priorities
• Willingness to engage in physical staging work including moving and lifting
• Positive, proactive mindset with focus on team success
• Clear communication skills with both teammates and clients
• Comfort wearing activewear or casual clothing that enables movement and hands-on work
