Staged2sell LLC is hiring a De-Staging Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator in Hampton, VA. This part-time position offers flexible hours that shift based on the company's staging and de-staging schedule. The role centers on two main functions: overseeing de-staging projects and maintaining warehouse organization. The warehouse stocks furniture, artwork, accessories, linens, and décor used in home staging projects, with inventory constantly rotating in and out as projects move forward and conclude.
The successful candidate will handle the following responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with de-staging projects as scheduled
- Pack and transport staging accessories and inventory safely
- Unload bins and return items after de-staging work
- Restore décor, artwork, pillows, linens, and accessories to their correct warehouse locations
- Maintain organized aisles, shelving, work areas, and inventory
- Support efficient warehouse flow to help staging and logistics teams prepare for upcoming projects
- Flag misplaced, damaged, or disorganized inventory for correction
- Provide occasional assistance to the staging team during installations
- Handle company inventory with care and proper technique
