Lead Staging Specialist

Debbie Dogrul Associates, a top-rated real estate team, is hiring a Lead Staging Specialist in Fairfax, VA. The Lead Staging Specialist will own design decisions for the staging department and oversee the day-to-day work of staging assistants in a high-volume operation. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

• Make final design and package selections for staging jobs to ensure properties meet market standards and reflect the company's brand
• Conduct staging consultations with agents and clients to establish design direction and align expectations
• Direct staging assistants and movers on assigned jobs, providing guidance and quality oversight
• Serve as the primary point of contact for design questions and decision-making during both staging and destaging phases
• Maintain consistency and quality across all staging packages and client consultations
• Address design-related changes and urgent requests as they arise
• Report job results, quality concerns, and inventory requirements to the Director of Operations
• Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling and job logistics

Required qualifications and experience include background in home staging or interior design with demonstrated decision-making responsibility in that capacity. The candidate should be comfortable directing and delegating work to team members on job sites, possess a strong design sense with the ability to make quick selections under deadline pressure, and have excellent organizational abilities. Comfort managing multiple jobs daily, overseeing inventory, and purchasing replacement items as needed is essential. Background in real estate, staging, or related high-volume service work is preferred. The role demands strong communication skills for daily interaction with agents, clients, movers, and staging staff.
