Driver/Mover

Transformations by Jill is hiring a Driver/Mover in Glen Allen, VA. This award-winning home staging company has spent more than 14 years working with over 75 real estate professionals, builders, investors, and homeowners across the Richmond area to prepare properties for sale.

The Driver/Mover transports furniture, artwork, rugs, and décor between job sites and storage. Daily responsibilities include:

• Load, transport, and safely unload furnishings and accessories
• Assist with staging and destaging properties throughout the Richmond area
• Wrap and protect items to prevent damage during transport
• Maintain the moving truck in clean, organized condition
• Organize and maintain the warehouse and staging inventory
• Coordinate with the staging team to complete projects accurately and on schedule
• Interact professionally with clients and real estate agents
• Follow proper lifting and moving techniques to prevent injury

Applicants should bring the following qualifications:

• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work
• Reliable attendance and self-motivation
• Ability to safely lift and carry 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and respect for clients' properties
• Prior experience in moving, furniture delivery, warehousing, landscaping, construction, or package delivery is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate

This position offers flexible part-time hours on weekdays only, with no evening or weekend shifts. Work begins and ends at the Glen Allen warehouse, with daily travel throughout the Richmond area.
