Delivery Driver/Furniture Installation Specialist

Beacon Davenport is hiring a Delivery Driver and Furniture Installation Specialist in Bellevue, WA 98005. The role involves transporting and delivering furniture, decor, and staging accessories to residential properties for home staging purposes. The successful candidate will work to ensure timely delivery, careful handling of all inventory, and proper placement of items according to design specifications while maintaining a clean and organized delivery truck and collaborating with the staging team.

Responsibilities include:

• Pulling and loading staging items from the warehouse inventory based on assigned staging plans, verifying all necessary items are present before each delivery.
• Maintaining detailed records of inventory movement and condition.
• Operating a box truck to staging locations while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Unloading and positioning furniture and decor in designated areas within properties according to staging instructions to maximize visual appeal.
• Communicating with staging team members and real estate agents to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
• Maintaining professionalism when interacting with homeowners or property managers.
• Reporting any damage to property or inventory immediately.
• Assisting with warehouse upkeep by returning used inventory to appropriate storage locations and helping with loading and unloading deliveries.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Physical capability to lift heavy furniture and boxes, maneuver in confined spaces, and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience operating a box truck.
• Strong attention to detail when placing furniture and decor with precision in accordance with staging plans.
• Clear communication abilities with the staging team and clients about delivery schedules and potential complications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the staging team to accomplish project objectives.
• Prior experience in furniture delivery, moving, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with interior design principles or home staging practices is a plus.
• Inventory management system experience is desirable.

This position offers an hourly rate of $21 to $24 and is full-time, based in Bellevue.
