Home Stager

Domu NW Staging is hiring a Home Stager in Monroe, WA. This part-time position involves staging both occupied and vacant residential properties to showcase their market appeal and attract buyers. The stager will work on-site at various locations across the region, collaborating with a design lead and team members to execute projects that meet company standards.

Day-to-day work includes the following:

• Arrange and place furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories to highlight each property's strengths
• Develop design plans suited to each home's character, target buyer, and price range
• Transport and manage staging inventory, loading and unloading materials as required
• Organize and maintain furniture and décor items in storage areas
• Prepare properties for professional photography, open houses, and buyer showings
• Balance multiple assignments while meeting project timelines and schedules
• Verify that all staged homes align with the company's quality and presentation standards

To succeed in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum two years of professional home staging, interior design, or comparable experience
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals including color theory, furniture arrangement, and contemporary design trends
• Strong planning and time-management capabilities
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication and client service abilities
• Physical capability to safely lift and relocate furniture and décor
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation (preferred)
• Background in inventory management and project coordination (a plus)

Desirable qualities include creative problem-solving abilities, strong eye for detail, positive outlook, willingness to tailor styling for different home types and budgets, and genuine interest in real estate and design. The position offers a flexible schedule. Compensation starts at $25 per hour.
