Celerity Home Staging is hiring a Warehouse and Mover Associate in Issaquah, WA. This full-time position focuses on operational execution, inventory integrity, and field support for the staging company's logistics and warehouse operations.
The associate will be responsible for executing daily logistics and coordinating field operations. This includes verifying that trucks are properly loaded for each job, briefing moving crews on daily objectives, and serving as the on-site point person to keep teams on task while maintaining safety protocols and professional standards. When unexpected challenges arise, such as furniture fitting issues or parking obstacles, the associate will troubleshoot solutions and keep operations moving forward.
Warehouse organization and standards fall within this role's scope. The associate will maintain a clean, organized warehouse, ensure all furniture is properly wrapped and stored in designated zones, and handle all items with care to maximize lifespan. Following Standard Operating Procedures for packing and loading is essential, as is keeping the warehouse in tour-ready condition by clearing aisles, managing waste, and identifying pieces needing repair. The associate will also manage staging packs to confirm that every truck departs with the correct tools, hardware, and supplies so design teams can work without interruption.
Fleet upkeep responsibilities include conducting pre-flight checks on trucks, verifying fuel levels, confirming moving blankets are folded and ready, and keeping vehicle cabs clean and professional. The associate will monitor vehicle condition closely, reporting any mechanical concerns such as unusual noises, low fluids, or maintenance needs to prevent breakdowns.
The associate will support the design team on-site by safely placing furniture, hanging art, and moving heavy items while maintaining a helpful and calm demeanor. Quality control is also part of this work, with the associate serving as a final checkpoint to verify that items are clean, stable, and ready for the home's presentation.
Qualifications include reliability and consistency in showing up and executing work to a high standard. The associate should have a growth mindset, be willing to learn current systems, and provide feedback for improvement. Attention to detail is critical, with the ability to spot potential issues before they escalate and ensuring work is completed without damage to furniture or missing tools.
Pay is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The position is full-time and on-site in Issaquah, WA 98027.
