Home Staging Assistant

T22T Studio is hiring a Home Staging Assistant in Bellevue, WA. This position offers an opportunity to help prepare homes for the market by arranging furniture, art, and accessories to showcase each property's strengths in a visually compelling way. The role involves working alongside experienced staging professionals and learning how to create inviting, photogenic spaces that highlight design potential. Training will be provided, though candidates should bring a natural sense of style and aesthetics to the position.

• Assist with transforming homes through styled placement of furniture and decor
• Execute staging plans and take direction from lead stagers
• Transport and position decor items and staging materials
• Coordinate with movers who manage larger furniture pieces
• Maintain visual cohesion and cleanliness throughout each space to prepare it for photography
• Help keep inventory and work areas organized

The successful candidate will possess a strong eye for design and visual composition. Some styling experience is helpful but not required. A background in interior design or a related field is a plus. Physical capability to handle hands-on work, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. The ideal team member is dependable, punctual, adaptable, and takes accountability for their work while maintaining a positive attitude.

This part-time position runs approximately 30 to 35 hours per week with a flexible weekday schedule and an immediate start date. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour based on experience.
