Home Staging Designer

T22T Studio is hiring a Home Staging Designer in Bellevue, WA. This position starts as part-time, working 20 to 35 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time as an independent contractor.

The Home Staging Designer will manage multiple aspects of staging projects from conception through completion. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Direct staging installations and prepare homes for market presentation
• Source, select, and position furniture, art, and decorative items to enhance spaces
• Track and organize inventory with attention to safety protocols during storage and transport
• Meet with clients to discuss project scope, understand preferences, and prepare cost estimates
• Work alongside team members, moving crews, and photographers to execute projects successfully

Candidates should meet these qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional staging experience working within a staging company
• Formal interior design education or equivalent interior design background
• Demonstrated design expertise and strong styling capabilities
• Experience handling and transporting inventory while maintaining its condition
• Portfolio showing both completed staging projects and interior design work
• Access to reliable transportation and current driver's license

T22T Studio offers competitive hourly compensation of $25 to $32 based on background and experience, a flexible work schedule, and room for advancement with potential commission opportunities.
