Mover/Box Truck Driver

Staged by Tracie is hiring a Mover/Box Truck Driver in Gig Harbor, WA. This role involves transporting furniture, artwork, décor, and staging inventory between client homes and the warehouse in a box truck. The position supports the home staging team and requires someone who values workmanship, handles physical demands capably, and conducts themselves professionally in residential settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a box truck to transport furniture, artwork, décor, and staging inventory between homes and warehouse locations.
• Load, unload, move, and place furniture while protecting both the inventory and client property from damage.
• Help stage and destage homes based on project specifications.
• Properly secure furniture and inventory during transport.
• Keep furniture and staging materials organized in the warehouse and truck.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and help complete projects on time.
• Present a professional demeanor and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with clients, homeowners, and real estate professionals.

Required qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Comfort performing physical labor in various residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Prior experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is preferred, as is background in moving, furniture delivery, warehouse operations, or home staging.

This part-time position features variable hours ranging from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on project schedules and workload. Compensation is $22 to $25 per hour. Work is performed on-site in Gig Harbor.
