Operations & Client Services Coordinator

Beacon Davenport is hiring an Operations & Client Services Coordinator in Bellevue, WA. This role sits at the operational center of one of the Puget Sound's longest-running home staging firms, which completes over 1,300 staging projects annually and partners with more than 800 real estate brokers across the Seattle-Eastside market.

The coordinator manages staging projects from initial client contact through installation and removal, ensuring clear communication with sellers, agents, and broker partners at every stage. This position requires someone comfortable working in a high-volume setting where project priorities shift regularly and attention to detail prevents tasks from slipping.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee staging projects end-to-end using the company's project management system, tracking status from inquiry through completion and maintaining accurate records
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, and real estate agents, responding promptly and representing the company's reputation through all interactions
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics across multiple concurrent projects, synchronizing field installation and removal teams using Google Workspace calendars
• Manage client invoicing, billing documentation, and financial record-keeping with precision
• Support the creative team with social media content and client marketing materials as workload permits

Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The role requires warm, professional communication abilities and the capacity to build client relationships quickly. Experience with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) is expected. Familiarity with project management platforms and CRM systems, combined with a self-directed approach to problem-solving, are important qualities. Prior administrative or operations background is preferred; experience in real estate, staging, or design is advantageous but not required.

Beacon Davenport offers a full-time, on-site position at regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from its design-focused Bellevue facility that includes both a curated decor gallery and creative studio.
