About this role

Beacon Davenport is hiring a Staging Operations Specialist in Bellevue, WA. This hands-on position manages the physical execution of home staging projects, from warehouse preparation through final installation and reset of furniture and decor at residential properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include pulling staging items from warehouse inventory according to design specifications, preparing trucks for safe and efficient transport, and verifying that all items are accounted for before departure. On-site, the specialist operates a box truck, unloads and installs furnishings and décor, and positions each piece to match design direction with attention to placement, spacing, and fine details. Real-time adjustments are made during installs to maintain presentation quality. The role involves coordinating with staging designers and team members, communicating with agents and homeowners during installations, and maintaining awareness of project timelines. After completing a job, the specialist unloads and stores inventory back in the warehouse, tracking the condition of all assets and reporting any damage or shortages. This position also supports ongoing warehouse organization and efficiency.

Required qualifications include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience operating a box truck. The specialist must have strong physical capacity to lift, carry, and position furniture in confined spaces, with meticulous attention to detail in how items are placed and executed. Communication skills and a professional manner when interacting with clients are essential, along with a team-focused approach and flexibility to support where needed.

Preferred background includes experience in furniture delivery, moving, warehouse operations, or logistics work, as well as exposure to home staging, interior design, or real estate contexts. Familiarity with inventory systems or asset tracking is valued.

This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the appearance and market appeal of staged properties, combining logistics, hands-on installation, and design execution. Growth into lead install, logistics management, or other staging roles is available.
