LynneMark Home Staging is hiring a Designer/Home Stager in Port Washington, WI for a part-time position. This role combines design expertise with hands-on staging work, bringing empty and occupied homes to life according to the company's visual brand.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Create interior designs and stage homes aligned with company branding standards
- Source and arrange furniture, décor items, and art pieces from the company's stock
- Work with team members to finalize room layouts and establish the overall aesthetic direction
- Handle the physical aspects of staging, such as packing, transporting, and positioning furniture
- Attend design planning sessions and offer input on ways to strengthen design workflows
- Uphold quality and consistency standards throughout all staging projects
This position requires the following:
- Background in interior design, interior architecture, or a closely related discipline
- Experience staging homes, working in interior design, or performing comparable visual merchandising work
- Strong eye for design with familiarity with up-to-date design directions
- Physical capacity to move and lift furniture, with team support available
- Willingness to travel regularly to area job sites
- Dependability, clear communication skills, and strong collaboration abilities
Preferred qualifications include prior experience on staging or real estate projects, knowledge of furniture inventory systems and logistics, and a portfolio demonstrating prior design work. An Associate degree is preferred, as is at least two years of design and decorating experience.
The position offers a flexible schedule. LynneMark Home Staging is hiring for this part-time role at $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.
