  • Build subcontractor frame packs and project site binders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Update final selections and project information in the project management system

Model Design and Team Support:

  • Develop interior and exterior concepts for model homes
  • Contribute to new home-plan concepts, plan revisions, and budget planning
  • Stage and de-stage model homes with marketing and construction teams
  • Keep the design center organized, attractive, and functional
  • Participate in production meetings and contribute to scheduling and workload planning
  • Support department collaboration and process improvements
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners
  • Own design details and follow through on commitments to ensure a smooth building process

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of color, texture, finishes, materials, and spatial design principles
  • Ability to apply design principles confidently when working with clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capacity to manage multiple clients, projects, deadlines, orders, and shifting priorities
  • Effective communication skills to work with homeowners, salespeople, Project Managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe programs, Publisher, image-editing tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Formal education in Interior Design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Interior Design
  • 4 to 7 years of residential interior design experience
  • Experience preparing selections, material orders, cost information, or change orders

The pay range is $26.00 to $29.00 per hour based on experience, with the stated range targeting candidates with approximately 4 to 7 years of relevant residential interior design experience.
