Furniture Delivery

The Stagency is hiring a Furniture Delivery person in San Marcos, CA. This part-time role offers potential for full-time placement based on performance and business needs. The position involves multiple functions supporting inventory management and furniture logistics at a 7,000 square-foot warehouse containing over 15,000 staging items.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Transport staging furniture and decor in and out of homes designated for sale using white-glove service standards, including loading, unloading, inspection, and safe product handling
• Hang wall art with precision while protecting walls from damage
• Operate an 18-foot box truck to and from job sites (preferred but not required)
• Track, manage, and organize furniture and decor inventory
• Complete furniture repairs as needed
• Install hardware and fixtures

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to consistently lift 75 pounds throughout the workday
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and minimum 3 years driving experience (preferred)
• Commitment to following all safety protocols
• Teamwork and effective communication with crew members
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

The position operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours with day shifts only. The Stagency offers flexible scheduling and paid time off.
