The team is seeking a trustworthy and devoted Furniture Installer & Mover. The perfect candidate is systematic, industrious, and has a conscientious approach to handling furniture. This position plays a critical role in making sure their staging ventures are carried out effectively and swiftly.
Among the responsibilities are to load, transport, and unload furniture for home projects. On-demand assembly and disassembly of furniture is expected. The candidate will be driving a box truck safely, no commercial driver’s license is required. It is also expected to keep the warehouse neat, organized, and maintain an accurate inventory. Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanour with both clients and team members is fundamental. Meeting staging deadlines efficiently is part of the job.
Candidates should hold a valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record. The ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely is a must. Concentration to details and organizing skills are much appreciated. The ideal candidate is reliable, always on time, and maintains professionalism. Having prior experience in furniture assembly/moving is desirable but not obligatory.
Remuneration is $20 to $22 per hour. Work comes with bonus pay opportunities and paid time off. Hours are flexible.
