Furniture Mover / Home Staging Assistant

Lumina Staging & Design LLC is hiring a Furniture Mover and Home Staging Assistant in Hayward, CA. This part-time position supports the staging team by handling furniture and décor logistics for residential projects. The role is physically demanding and central to transforming homes into appealing, market-ready spaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading furniture and décor from box trucks
• Positioning and arranging pieces throughout homes based on stager direction
• Wrapping, packing, and securing items to minimize transport damage
• Keeping warehouse, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized
• Taking instruction from staging leads and adapting to varied project requirements
• Working alongside team members to complete staging or de-staging work on schedule

Applicants should be able to:

• Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50 pounds or more
• Remain on their feet and handle physical labor for full shifts
• Provide dependable transportation to warehouse and job site locations
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour. This is an in-person role based in Hayward, CA.
