Elite Home Staging is hiring a Home Stager and Interior Designer in Los Angeles, CA. This role combines design expertise with sales responsibilities, working across a designated territory to stage residential properties and build client relationships.
The position involves designing and styling homes by selecting furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories to create cohesive, polished interiors that appeal to luxury home buyers. The stager will develop complete room designs tailored to each property's architecture, layout, size, and target market, working across design aesthetics including Modern Organic, Modern, Contemporary, Traditional, Transitional, Mid-Century Modern, and Luxury. Day-to-day work includes conducting in-person consultations, providing professional recommendations on property presentation, creating staging concepts that photograph well to help buyers emotionally connect with spaces, and assisting with installations to ensure every detail is professionally styled. The role also requires managing Elite Home Staging's design software, CRM systems, and inventory platforms.
Sales and business development duties include building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, homeowners, developers, designers, and other industry professionals. The stager will manage and grow an assigned sales territory, present staging concepts and proposals while communicating the value of professional staging, convert consultations into new projects, follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients, and develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Additional responsibilities involve representing Elite Home Staging professionally at networking events and real estate offices, and utilizing social media and marketing opportunities to promote projects and build brand awareness.
Candidates should possess a strong eye for interior design, styling, and aesthetics, with demonstrated ability to design entire rooms or homes using furnishings, lighting, artwork, and décor. Requirements include the following.
- Strong understanding of furniture scale, proportion, color, texture, and spatial planning
- Knowledge of current interior design and home décor trends

Experience in interior design, home staging, residential design, furniture sales, visual merchandising, real estate, or related creative fields is highly valued. A portfolio or examples of design work are a plus. This is a commission-based role offering flexible schedule and paid time off. The position is hybrid remote based in Los Angeles, CA 90001.
