The team is on the lookout for a Home Stager who is original, meticulous, and has a profound interest in interior design. This ideal candidate should possess an adept understanding of aesthetics to effectively transform living spaces into appealing environments that potential buyers find irresistible. The incoming Home Stager will be expected to deal directly with clients, fathom their vision, and develop staging plans that enhance the property’s appeal.

The duties of the Home Stager will include working hand-in-hand with clients and estate agents to identify what staging is needed and their preferences. The role also involves selecting and arranging furniture, decoration, and accessories to create visually appealing spaces. The Home Stager will manage project timelines and coordinate the logistics for staging installations. The role also requires performing on-site assessments to evaluate properties and suggest improvements, utilizing lighting sales techniques to heighten the ambiance of staged homes. The Home Stager will be in charge of maintaining an inventory of staging materials and assuring they are in a good state.

The job also involves providing excellent customer service throughout the staging process. The requirements for this role include having proven experience in interior design or home staging. Excellent project management skills are necessary, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Knowledge of lighting sales principles is beneficial. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively cooperate with clients and team members. Having a creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics is important. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team is required. A valid driver’s license may be necessary for travel between staging locations.

The job type is full-time with payment starting from $28.00 per hour. The expected work hours will be 30 – 40 per week. Compensation includes weekly pay with an 8-hour shift schedule. The required license or certification is a driver’s license.
