Home Stager/Stylist

New Impressions Staging is hiring a Home Stager/Stylist in Union City, CA. This role brings together creative design and hands-on installation work, serving clients throughout the Bay Area. The position requires at least three years of experience in home staging and design, with involvement in all stages from concept through completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Actively participate in the installation and design of staging projects
• Pack, unpack, and arrange accessories and artwork, including hanging pieces
• Select and gather inventory from the company's warehouse that matches project specifications
• Coordinate with team members on both installations and removals
• Work independently or collaboratively with other team members and lead designers to develop custom designs tailored to each home's unique character and architectural style
• Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities and changing conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in home staging or design
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong eye for design with attention to detail, plus demonstrated interest or experience in interiors, art, or decorating
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Self-motivation and flexibility to handle frequent changes in direction
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Dependable, punctual, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

The position offers $33.65 to $45.00 per hour on a full-time basis.
