Home Staging Assistant

A dedicated and detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for design and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role includes the responsibility of assisting in various aspects of staging setup, design, and maintenance and organization of the warehouse.

The assistant will have to actively involve in staging installation and destages across San Diego County. They will actively assist in packing and unpacking miscellaneous decor items in the warehouse and will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized. Their tasks also include aiding the lead designer with various design options and providing solutions for different furniture layouts.

The assistant does not need prior experience but should have a significant interest in design. They have to be comfortable standing for extended periods and should be capable of lifting weights between 30-40 lbs. They require a valid drivers license and should be willing to drive to different areas in San Diego. There is a need for a flexible schedule, as the position will initially be part-time but has potential to convert to full-time in the future. The candidate also needs to be hardworking, eager to learn, possess a friendly attitude, and have good customer service skills.

This part-time role offers a pay between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, totaling 10 – 25 hours of work per week. Please note that the position is in-person.
