Home Staging Assistant

Home Staging OC is hiring a Part-Time Home Staging Assistant in Orange County, CA. This is a hands-on position for someone energetic, dependable, and interested in learning the staging business. The company is a boutique home staging firm with an all-women team.

The assistant will support staging installations and removals, including loading and unloading furniture and décor items. Day-to-day responsibilities involve lifting and moving pieces throughout residential spaces, hanging artwork and wall decor (training provided if needed), working in an environment where tasks and priorities shift quickly, managing multiple assignments at once, solving problems as they arise, and working alongside a close-knit team.

Schedule is part-time at 3 to 4 days per week, potentially expanding based on company needs. Hours typically run from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though times vary. The role requires physical activity throughout the workday.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating the company van, remain on their feet most of the day, manage multiple tasks efficiently, think through problems and adapt to changing circumstances, maintain reliable transportation, and arrive on time consistently. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are important.

The position suits someone who is energetic and hardworking, comfortable in a changing environment, seeking practical experience in home staging or design, enjoys physical work, and wants to grow with a smaller company. Recent high school or college graduates are welcome.
