The hired professional will be expected to aid in the ideation and implementation of home staging schemes that involve furniture structuring, decor arrangement, and color matching. Other responsibilities encompass styling decor, setting up homes for sale, managing stock, and providing help on-site during installations. Also, possessing reliable transport to the workplace is a must.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of interior design principles, including color theory, lighting design, and spatial organization. They should have the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects through project management skills and budgeting awareness.
High-quality communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members is a requirement. A penchant for home styling - with an exceptional eye for detail that boosts property allure through lighting sales expertise or interior styling experience - is a plus.
