Nicole Anderson Interiors is hiring a Home Staging Assistant in Livermore, CA.
The position involves supporting the staging team on home staging appointments and helping transform residential spaces into polished, marketable properties. The assistant will handle placement of furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories throughout homes, working with the team to execute the design vision. Additional responsibilities include moving and organizing staging inventory, preparing rooms for photography, and maintaining the staging areas and inventory in good order. The work requires safely lifting and transporting furniture and décor items weighing 40 to 50 pounds.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the staging team during appointments at various properties
- Arrange furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories in rooms
- Prepare spaces to be polished, inviting, and photo-ready
- Move, organize, and position staging materials throughout homes
- Load, unload, and organize staging inventory
- Keep staging areas and inventory well maintained
Candidates should bring reliability and punctuality to the role. Preferred qualifications include experience or education in interior design, home staging, decorating, or visual merchandising. Knowledge of current home design and decorating trends is valued, along with a strong eye for style and excellent attention to detail. Applicants must be comfortable working in different homes and environments, professional in manner, and able to work collaboratively with team members. Previous experience in home staging or interior design is a plus but not required.
