The candidate will be tasked with loading and unloading trucks, spearheading installations, steering on-site workforce, and collaborating closely with the designer to ensure each assignment is executed accurately and punctually. The role also includes managing removals, like appropriately shrink-wrapping and padding furniture for secure transport back to the storage facility or the next job.

The candidate should have at least two years of home staging and moving experience in addition to a spotless driving record for the same duration spent driving moving trucks. Dependability and punctuality are necessities for this role as it demands consistent presence and reliability. The candidate should possess the ability to work swiftly and proficiently under time pressure, and display proven leadership capabilities for managing and motivating a small crew.

Moreover, a deep understanding of furniture installation, positioning, and logistics is essential. Applicants must be able to communicate in English; being bilingual is an advantage. They should be organized, detail-oriented, able to comply with instructions accurately, and have reliable personal transportation for commuting to and from the warehouse.

Part-time or full-time work options are available with the requirement to work some weekends. There are opportunities for career progression and leadership roles for the right candidate. Pay lies in the range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Candidates with a minimum of two years of staging experience and one year of moving experience are required. Applicants must have a valid California Drivers License and should be able to commute to Union City, CA 94587. The position is an in-person role.
