Home Staging Manager

They are actively on the lookout for a Lead Designer/ Staging Manager. The chosen candidate will work under the supervision of the Creative Director. The role necessitates an individual who is meticulous, industrious and possesses a creative flair, with a background in Residential Staging and/or Interior Design.

The needed qualifications for this position encompass a minimum of one year's worth of staging experience, possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. The applicant must be adaptable and capable of handling swift changes in schedules, all along maintaining technological competence.

The responsibilities of the role include coordinating with agents and owners for walkthroughs with the aim of delivering estimates. The candidate will collaborate with the other Lead Designer in job preparation at the Warehouse which includes selection of accessories, bedding, art, towels etc. The candidate's role would also encompass management of the movers during both load ins and removals, and they will also be running several errands like key collection, plant servicing at staging jobs, and accessories sourcing.

The Lead Designer/ Staging Manager will also have to make regular visits to the SF Flower Mart for picking up plants and flowers for staging, and will be accountable for photographing new inventory and setups and uploading them to the inventory system.

The job requirements are simple but critical. It includes being trustworthy, full of energy, focused, and detail-oriented. One should also be a resourceful problem solver with a can-do attitude. Being a quick learner with excellent time management skills, previous experience working on several projects at a time will also be beneficial.

This is a full-time job with a yearly salary between $65,000.00 and $80,000.00 plus benefits like health insurance and paid time off. The work schedule is Monday to Friday.

For commuting, the place of work is San Rafael, CA 94901 and is mandatory for the chosen candidate. The candidate must also be willing to relocate to San Rafael, CA 94901 before commencing work. The job location is in-person.
