Crest + Cove Designs is hiring a Home Staging Mover in San Marcos, CA. The company designs and furnishes homes to accelerate sales and achieve top prices. This part-time position involves 20 to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling and potential to expand to full-time hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload furniture, artwork, and decorative items at client homes and from the San Marcos warehouse
• Transport items with appropriate care and handling
• Follow directions from the staging lead and position items according to the design plan
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with furniture assembly or make adjustments as needed
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
• Support inventory management tasks

Candidates should be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and have flexible availability since staging appointments vary throughout the week. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach are essential. Prior experience in moving, warehouse operations, or home staging is valued but not mandatory.

The position pays between 20 and 25 dollars per hour based on experience.
